How does the Mood Overview work?
The Mood Overview for Administrators in the company status section is an indicator of the emotional and motivational situation in the company. This view is absolutely anonymous and only serves to identify trends and not to take measures based on a single weekly result.
In the Weekly Email, every Employee has the opportunity to evaluate their last week by clicking on one of the four smileys. It should be noted that at least five people must have made a selection for the Administrator to see the mood.
It is therefore possible that gaps may appear in the diagram – this is set up that way, since representativeness & anonymity are not necessarily given with a smaller number of votes.
If you hover the mouse over the diagram, you can not only see the exact average, but also how many votes were cast.
