Can Targets still be changed after they have been set?
Targets can be adjusted by the responsible People Manager at any time until the Employee has completed their Self-Evaluation.
Employees can enter a change of the Target as a suggestion. This is then passed on to the People Manager for approval, as is the case when the Targets are created.
If a Target needs to be adjusted outside of this process, this can be done by Human Resources or the Administrator – they can adjust the Target directly or reset it to the appropriate step in the process.
