How is my area as a People Manager structured?

When you are logged in on up your self, you will see a menu on the left side with the category People Manager. There you will find all information about your role as a People Manager.

Under Team Status you have an up-to-date overview of your team’s open and completed Targets, the team’s achievement of Targets over the fiscal year, and the achieved and entered rewards.

In the area of Employee Targets, you can create and edit Targets and submit your evaluations. Under Reports & Guidelines, you have the possibility to create statistics about your Team and to download an individual Meeting Guide for your staff meetings.
