If a Target was entered as a Continuous Target when it was created, it is sent to the Employees and the People Manager continuously for their rating until the deadline expires.

Monthly, quarterly and half-yearly ratings are available as frequency settings. When you select the frequency, you can see on which days the ratings will be due.

At the end of the Target period, a final Self-Evaluation and a final assessment by the manager are required. These assessments serve as a summary of the overall performance during the term and are decisive for the amount of any reward.
