How do I register a Team?

In the User administration area, you have a table with all Employees as well as a table with your registered Teams and the possibility to create new ones.

A Team needs a name (this must be unique in your company) and a Team Leader (they will automatically become the Matrix Manager of all Team members, if they are not already their Direct Leader).


You also have the option of restricting the Reward Types. All rewards are activated by default. If the Administrator enters a new Reward Type, you will have to add it manually for the Teams. This is done to ensure that not all Users accidentally gain access to the new reward.


You can not only add individual Employees to a Team, but also other already existing teams. These then become members of the overall Team, including the Team Leader.
