What is the Rating Day?

Once a month the assessments to be made by People Managers are due. The Rating Day thus serves to ensure that Self-Evaluations already carried out by Employees do not remain with the People Manager for too long. Of course, assessments are also possible at an earlier time!

As a company, you can decide for yourself which day of the month you would like to designate as the Rating Day – be it the first Monday or the last Friday of the month.


People Managers always have at least three days for their evaluation. If they miss the deadline, they receive a reminder to evaluate the Target.

If they miss the evaluation a second time, the direct manager of the People Manager receives a message.
