Which Rating Scales are available to me?

The Rating Scale determines how a completed Target is evaluated by the Employees themselves, as well as by the People Manager. It is a standard that applies to the entire company.

It thus creates comparability not only between individual Targets, but also between Employees and People Managers. This makes evaluations more objective and comprehensible than if they are carried out without a transparent scale.


up your self offers a choice of two Rating Scales based on numbers:

The Administrator chooses between the grading scale from 1 to 6 (fulfilled from grade 4) and the rating scale from 1 to 10 (fulfilled from rating 6). If the company uses rewards, the Administrator can also determine the scaling of the rewards with the respective rating.

In addition, there is always the possibility of rating a Target merely as fulfilled or not fulfilled.
