How is my area as an Administrator structured?

When you are logged in on up your self, you will see a menu on the left side with the category Administrator. There you will find all relevant information for your Administrator role.

Under Company Status you will always have an up-to-date overview of the open and completed Targets, the achievement of the company’s Targets over the fiscal year, and the rewards that have been achieved and entered.

As an Administrator you will also see a Mood Overview, which is made up of the weekly feedback from all Employees (the basis for this is the Weekly Email).

In the Settings you can set the most important standards for your company. This is only necessary when you set up a new account or if you want to change something about it afterwards.
