Generally, this is not possible, since an evaluation by the People Manager is just as binding as the Self-Evaluation by Employees.

However, Employees have the opportunity to send a rating back to the People Manager for further clarification. The People Manager can then make adjustments.

In exceptional cases, Human Resources or the Administrator can also reset the process to the status 'Ready for Rating'.
