How do I enter Targets that consist of several steps?

This is easily done by means of Target Steps. When creating a Target, you first enter the overall Target, for example a project.

As a deadline, you set the day on which the overall task is due, and the possible reward is to be triggered. After you have entered any third-party evaluators, you will be taken to the page with the Target Steps.

A Target Step is like a small Target of its own, which is linked to the overall Target. Each individual step is then displayed and rated as a Target. At the end of the time limit you have set for the overall Target, the manager will see the cut of the scores and the comments for each Target Step.

In this example, a project consists of four individual tasks: drawing up an offer, creating a preliminary project, preparing plans, revising plans. The Employee did a good job and was given the marks 5, 5, 5 and 6 for the individual steps.

The individual comments and grades are displayed, and based on the evaluation average of 5.25, the manager assigns the grade 5 for the overall project.

Note that you cannot capture Target Steps if you have captured the Target as a continuous Target.
