How does an Evaluation as a Peer Reviewer work?

Peer Review means that a Target is evaluated by a third party in addition to the Employee and their People Manager. This could be colleagues, Matrix Managers or other people in the company. If you are listed as a Peer Reviewer for a Target, you will receive a notification with a comment from the Employee or People Manager.

If the Target and the Self-Evaluation have been completed, you will be notified again. Now you can submit your comment and a rating – these are not binding for the People Manager and cannot be seen by the Employee.

You have until three days before the monthly Evaluation Day determined by your company to submit your comment.

In order to give the People Manager enough time, it is advisable to enter your comments as soon as possible. If you are unable to assess the Target, you should inform the People Manager and pass on your assessment to them.
