How is my area as an Employee structured?

When you are logged in on up your self, you will see a menu on the left side with the category My Area. There you will find all the information about your role as an Employee.

Under My Status you will always have an up-to-date overview of your open and completed Targets, your Target achievement over the fiscal year, and the rewards you have achieved and entered.

In the My Targets section you can create Target Proposals, edit existing Targets and submit your Self-Evaluation.

Under Peer Reviews you have the opportunity to comment on a Target for which you were entered as a Peer Reviewer.
