How do I enter a Target?

A Target can be created either as a Target Proposal by the Employee or directly by the People Manager.

There are some mandatory fields that must be filled in for each Target.

On the first page, the general details of the Target must be entered. Next to each important field you will find a tooltip containing further information. We have described how the Rating Level works in a separate article.

If you want a Target to be repeated continuously until the deadline expires, then you select the desired frequency.


On the next page you have the possibility to enter Peer Reviews. This enables a third party to give an assessment, which then serves as a basis for the People Manager’s evaluation.

If you have not entered the Target as a Continuous Target, then you can add Target Steps on the third page to further subdivide and detail the Target.
