As an Administrator, you can customise your company’s profile in the settings. This includes the name and address but also system-relevant information such as the Evaluation Day, the start of your business year, the Reward Types and Rating Scales.

If you change the possible Reward Types or the available Rating Scale, this does not apply to existing Targets, but only to new ones. This way you do not have to worry about losing any information.
