Which Targets should I generally enter into the tool?

What kinds of Targets should be entered for Employees depends on many factors. It makes sense to capture all major or regular tasks in the tool. However, it is also desirable to measure soft skills, such as teamwork or helpfulness, in addition to the hard facts.

In the case of soft skills or constant, repetitive activities, we recommend recording a Continuous Target.


The more fully the workday of the Employees is covered by Targets, the better the performance can be assessed in a comprehensive and fair way.

Also try to motivate Employees to create their own Target Proposals. This gives them the opportunity to show transparently what they are doing for the company and to be recognised for it.

It is worth the effort to create good Targets, because only in this way can work be done efficiently and the evaluation will later be much easier and far better.
