How do I enter or edit Users?

To add new Users you need rights as an Administrator or Human Resources. These rights can again only be assigned by Administrators or Human Resources (see the article about the different roles).

If you have the necessary rights, click on User Administration in the menu on the left. In the section Employees you will see all existing Users and can enter new Users. If you want to enter a larger number of people at once, then use our Excel Import.


All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*) – this information is necessary to use up your self.

Also note that a User cannot set Targets for themselves unless a Direct Manager or Matrix Manager is assigned to them.

You also have the possibility to assign Users to a Team.
